Although it has been a while since my feet have touched Sylacauga soil, it is still home as far as I am concerned. If you have traced your roots to this sweet southern town, you have a reason to be proud. Sylacauga is special, even the heavens agree, of all the places on the globe it choose Sylacauga to fall on (See History page for Hodge's Meteroit). You may not be able to pronounce the name unless your a local, but even that adds to it's charm. There is only ONE Sylacauga and it stands second to none.
